Empowered Harmony Counseling, Psychiatry and Wellness Center is growing into a nationwide practice. We believe quality mental health care should be accessible and affordable. We proudly accept both insurance and self-pay clients to meet you where you are, emotionally and financially.
We are currently credentialing with various insurance companies to expand access to care. You can call us to verify whether we accept your insurance plan. Please note that you will need to confirm your specific benefits directly with your insurance company to understand your coverage, copays, and deductible.
Whether you are using insurance or paying out of pocket, our goal is to provide compassionate, expert care that fits your life and your budget. We are committed to providing mental health and wellness support that is client-centered, culturally aware, and easily accessible.
Currently, we do not accept Medicaid. However, we are actively working to expand our services, and these plans may be accepted in the future through our nonprofit sister company.

Superbill Reimbursement Information If your therapist or wellness provider is out-of-network with your insurance, you may still be eligible for reimbursement. A superbill is a detailed receipt that lists the services you received, the provider’s credentials, and the necessary medical billing codes required by your insurance company. You can submit this superbill directly to your insurance provider to request partial reimbursement for your sessions. Each insurance plan is different, and reimbursement amounts vary depending on your out-of-network benefits. Steps to Request Reimbursement: Ask your therapist for a superbill after your session or at the end of each month. Contact your insurance company and ask: “Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?” “What percentage of the fee is reimbursed?” “Where do I send my superbill for reimbursement?” Submit the superbill through your insurance company’s member portal, email, or mail, following their instructions. Important Notes: Empowered Harmony Counseling, Psychiatry & Wellness Center does not bill insurance directly for out-of-network services. Reimbursement is made directly to the client by their insurance company. Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment. Please keep a copy of your superbill for your records. Tip: Ask your insurance representative about deductible amounts, session limits, and required diagnosis codes to make sure your claim is processed smoothly.

7. Sobriety and Recovery Support Group
Designed for individuals in early or sustained recovery. Build resilience, manage cravings, and develop long-term coping strategies.
8. Group Art Coaching with High-Frequency Sounds
A creative and restorative group that blends art expression with healing sound frequencies. Use guided art exercises and sound therapy to relax the mind, restore focus, and raise emotional vibration: no art skills required, only openness to creativity and calm.

Missed Appointment & Late Cancellation Policy
Empowered Harmony Counseling, Psychiatry & Wellness Center values your time and ours. To ensure access and continuity of care, all scheduled sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will result in a $100 fee, which will be billed directly to you and is due before your next appointment. Wellness and intake no-show and late-cancellation fees apply to sessions with a cost of less than $100. For the full cancellation policy, please visit our Comprehensive Policies page. Some services require a 48-hour and 72-hour cancellation notice.
This fee is not covered by insurance, including Medicare, TRICARE, or private insurance plans.

The prices listed on this page represent the standard rates billed to insurance companies for covered services. The additional amounts shown reflect a Good Faith Estimate of our private-pay rates for services not covered by insurance.

Uninsured, out-of-network, or self-pay clients have the right to a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for expected service costs.
The GFE:

Includes anticipated charges based on frequency, type, and provider rates.

It is not binding and may change depending on clinical needs.
If your final bill exceeds the GFE by $400 or more, you may dispute the charge:

Directly with EHC by contacting billing for review.

Through HHS, the Patient-Provider Dispute Resolution process should be used within 120 days of receiving the bill.
EHC supports transparent billing and fair pricing to give clients peace of mind.
Payment Disclaimer
At Empowered Harmony Counseling, Psychiatry & Wellness Center, we offer flexible payment options including EHR System, PayPal, Cash App, and Zelle. Coming soon: Venmo, Apple Pay, After Payment., Medical Credit, and Google Wallet. All transactions are subject to service fees and a strict no-refund policy. Patients are fully responsible for any fees, interest, or risks associated with their chosen payment method. Payment disputes do not override service agreements. By submitting payment, patients agree to all financial terms and waive Empowered Harmony Counseling, Psychiatry & Wellness Center (EHC) of all liability related to third-party platforms. At Empowered Harmony Counseling, we offer creative services that support emotional growth, self-expression, and confidence. Our Art Coaching program is ideal for children who need a fun, supportive space to build artistic skills while nurturing emotional intelligence, without the clinical setting of therapy.
