Please note that you will need to confirm your specific benefits directly with your insurance company to understand your coverage, copays, and deductible.

Currently, we do not accept Medicaid. However, we are actively working to expand our services, and these plans may be accepted in the future through our nonprofit sister company.

​Missed Appointment & Late Cancellation Policy
Empowered Harmony Counseling, Psychiatry & Wellness Center values your time and ours. To ensure access and continuity of care, all scheduled sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will result in a $100 fee, which will be billed directly to you and is due before your next appointment. Wellness and intake no-show and late cancellation fees are the cost of the sessions, if less than $100.
This fee is not covered by insurance, including Medicare, TRICARE, or private insurance plans.
Payment Disclaimer
At Empowered Harmony Counseling, Psychiatry & Wellness Center, we offer flexible payment options including After Payment, Medical Credit, PayPal, Cash App, and Zelle. Coming soon: Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Wallet. All transactions are subject to service fees and a strict no-refund policy. Patients are fully responsible for any fees, interest, or risks associated with their chosen payment method. Payment disputes do not override service agreements. By submitting payment, patients agree to all financial terms and waive Empowered Harmony Counseling, Psychiatry & Wellness Center (EHC) of all liability related to third-party platforms. At Empowered Harmony Counseling, we offer creative services that support emotional growth, self-expression, and confidence. Our Art Coaching program is ideal for children who need a fun, supportive space to build artistic skills while nurturing emotional intelligence, without the clinical setting of therapy.

This rate reflects the national average for experienced, certified, or trauma-informed tutors. It ensures your child receives high-quality, personalized support in a safe and empowering environment.
