Assessments & Evaluation Services Pricing Empowered Harmony Counseling, Psychiatry and Wellness Center Empowered Harmony Counseling, Psychiatry and Wellness Center provides premium mental health evaluations for legal, medical, academic, workplace, disability, and immigration needs. Each evaluation is completed by a licensed clinician and includes a structured clinical interview, a detailed written report, and clear recommendations based on your situation. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all evaluations. The remaining balance is due before the final report is released. Interpreter services, screening tools, and extra sessions are billed separately. You may complete your evaluation by telehealth, phone, or limited in person availability. Telehealth is the preferred method because it provides privacy, comfort, and flexible scheduling.
