Payment Information
You deserve a calm and focused session. Clear payment steps help create that experience. All co-pays and self-pay fees must be paid in full at least twenty-four hours before your appointment. This protects your time and allows your provider to give you their full attention without having to stop to process a payment.
Services will not be provided without payment. The 24-hour, 48-hour, or 72-hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments. A missed payment is treated as a no-show, and the no-show fee will apply. Your payment confirms your appointment and your agreement with these policies.
If your provider must cancel on the same day because of an emergency or illness, you may choose a refund or a credit to your account. This keeps the process fair and consistent.
Please keep your receipts for your records. Chargebacks will be handled accordingly. Please review our policies regarding payments, cancellations, refunds, and chargebacks.

Beware of Fraud
​Never send money to us through wire transfer or person-to-person payment apps such as Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, or any other platform not listed on this website.
Only make payments through the secure options provided here or sent from support@empoweredharmony.com. If anyone asks you to pay using other methods, it is a scam.
We will never request payment via any method not listed on our website.

All payments are subject to processing fees ranging from approximately 3% to 10%. Additional charges, including convenience fees assessed by third-party payment processors, and applicable taxes, are the responsibility of the patient or payor. These additional charges may include sales tax, service tax, or transaction tax, depending on your jurisdiction's laws and the payment processor's policies.
