Empowered Harmony Counseling, Psychiatry & Wellness Center provides premium immigration evaluations for individuals seeking a clear, accurate explanation of their emotional experiences. We understand the stress and uncertainty many people feel during the immigration process. You deserve a calm and supportive space to share your story.
Your evaluation includes private clinical interviews with a licensed provider trained in trauma, cultural care, and diagnostic assessment. You talk at your own pace. Screening tools are offered only when clinically necessary and are billed at an extra cost. Full psychological evaluations, and interpreter support, when required, are billed separately. Telehealth, phone, and some in-person appointments are available.
Your final report is polished and written in plain language. Every section is easy to understand.

Pricing
The base fee for an immigration evaluation is $1,499.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment.
The total fee may be higher if extra sessions or expanded documentation are needed.
You will be informed in advance if additional costs apply.
Screening tools and full psych evaluations are billed separately.
Payment must be completed before the final report is released.
This evaluation does not replace legal representation.
Interpreter Support Policy
Interpreter support is available for clients who need language assistance during their immigration evaluation. Interpreter services are provided by a neutral third party to protect privacy, accuracy, and clinical integrity.
Interpreter fees are separate from the evaluation fee. These fees vary based on the language needed, the interpreter’s rate, and the length of the appointment. Interpreter fees are non-refundable because the interpreter must be paid once scheduled.
Clients will be informed of the interpreter cost before the appointment. Interpreter services will not be scheduled until the client approves the fee. Payment for interpreter services must be completed in advance.
Interpreter support is an administrative service and does not replace clinical care or legal representation.
