Empowered Harmony Counseling, Psychiatry & Wellness Center offers a personalized, private-pay concierge experience for individuals who value confidentiality, convenience, and clinically excellent care, all in the comfort of their own home. This service is tailored for executives, public figures, postpartum parents, high-achieving professionals, individuals with mobility challenges, or those who prefer receiving care in the comfort of their own environment.
You are successful, composed, and deeply driven. Everyone relies on you, but few truly understand the weight you carry behind the scenes. You manage high expectations and constant responsibilities while keeping a calm and confident exterior. Yet even in your quiet moments, your mind stays busy, filled with decisions, deadlines, and the unspoken pressure to keep it all together.
You have mastered the art of showing up, even when you’re exhausted. You give generously to others, but rarely have a space where you can fully exhale. Over time, that silent strain takes its toll. What you may be longing for isn’t more advice or another generic session. It’s a private, personalized experience that respects your time, honors your privacy, and supports your emotional well-being.
Our VIP concierge mental health services were designed for individuals like you: high-performing, often introverted professionals who value excellence, discretion, and personalized care. This is a space where you can slow down, be seen without judgment, and receive the focused support you.

What’s Included
Each session includes a 53-minute one-on-one appointment delivered in your home or private office within a 10-mile radius of the provider’s service area. A licensed professional leads your care and includes trauma-informed, culturally attuned, HIPAA-compliant clinical services designed to meet your emotional, medical, and wellness needs.
Concierge Session Fee
This is a private-pay offering. Insurance is not accepted. Payment must be completed in advance.

Deposit & Payment Policy
• A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the appointment
• The remaining $200 balance is due no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session
• Reschedules require at least 72 hours’ notice
• No refunds are issued for cancellations, no-shows, or late reschedule requests
By scheduling, you agree to these terms and acknowledge full financial responsibility.
Insurance Coverage Notice
Most insurance plans do not reimburse this service. Home-based psychotherapy or psychiatric care may only be covered if the following criteria are met:
• The client is medically homebound (unable to leave without considerable effort or medical risk)
• A licensed medical provider submits a letter of medical necessity
• The clinician is contracted and credentialed with your insurance carrier for in-home services
Empowered Harmony Counseling does not verify insurance, seek authorization, or submit claims for concierge services. It is solely the client’s responsibility to verify eligibility or request reimbursement.

Safety Protocol
To protect both client and provider, the following safeguards are in place:
• A trained safety support person may accompany the provider and remain outside the session area
• GPS-based provider tracking (e.g., Life365 or similar technology) may be utilized during sessions
• All providers undergo annual safety and de-escalation training
• Sessions are never recorded by the provider unless required and consented to in writing
• Clients are not permitted to record without prior written authorization
Services are provided voluntarily and may be declined, rescheduled, or terminated at the provider's sole discretion if any safety or ethical concerns arise.
Client Responsibilities
To maintain a safe and effective therapeutic environment, clients must adhere to the following:
Physical Environment
• Provide a clean, private, and quiet space, free of distractions or safety hazards
• Pets and children must be secured in a separate room unless part of the session
Boundaries & Privacy
• Recording is not allowed without prior written consent from both parties
• Respect professional boundaries, this is a clinical visit, not a social call
• No third parties (friends, family, etc.) may attend without prior clinical approval
Financial Expectations
• Full payment is required no later than 24 hours before the visit
• Payment must be confirmed before the session begins
• Missed appointments or late cancellations will not be refunded
Safety Requirements
• The presence of firearms or weapons must be disclosed and safely secured
• The provider reserves the right to leave immediately if they feel unsafe or disrespected
• No alcohol, illegal drugs, or disruptive behavior is allowed during the session
• In the event of a medical or psychiatric emergency, 911 or appropriate emergency services may be contacted without delay
Communication
• Communicate respectfully and professionally at all times
• Notify your provider of any address, health, or safety updates before the appointment
• Disrespect, threats, or harassment of providers will result in immediate termination of services

What to Expect From Us
Your Provider
You will receive services from a licensed clinical professional (Psychiatrist, PMHNP, PA-C, or Psychotherapist) trained in delivering discreet, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care. All services are compliant with state and federal mental health regulations.
Pre-Session Process
• After submitting your deposit, our team confirms eligibility and location
• You’ll receive a brief checklist to prepare your space
• The remaining payment is due and verified before your session begins
Arrival & Setup
• Your provider will arrive on time and discreetly
• A professional support person may remain nearby in a vehicle
• All providers will display identification credentials and professional demeanor
Session Format
• Sessions follow a traditional clinical structure and last 53 minutes
• Topics may include emotional healing, medication consultation, or executive wellness
• Providers may document clinical notes and discuss next steps with you
Post-Session
• If appropriate, a summary or care plan will be provided within 72 business hours
• Follow-up options include virtual care or additional concierge sessions
• Upon request, a superbill can be issued for potential out-of-network reimbursement (not guaranteed)
