Subscription-Based Therapy Memberships:

Empowered Harmony Counseling now offers subscription-based therapy memberships designed to make quality mental health care simple, consistent, and stress-free. With one flat monthly rate, you receive predictable pricing, dedicated support, and flexible access to licensed professionals, all without dealing with insurance or hidden fees.

For clarity within this agreement:

• Member refers to the individual enrolling in a subscription plan.

• Session refers to a scheduled therapeutic appointment lasting either forty-five (45) or sixty (60) minutes, as outlined in the membership tier.

• Billing cycle refers to the thirty (30)-day period beginning on the date of the initial payment and recurring monthly thereafter.

Membership Options:

​

Essential Care – $299/month

Includes two 45-minute sessions per month and secure client messaging.

Standard Care – $555/month

Includes four 45-minute sessions per month. This is our most popular plan for individuals seeking consistent weekly therapy.

Premium Care – $699/month

Includes four 60-minute sessions per month, priority scheduling, and one 10-minute weekly text or phone check-in for ongoing support.

Elite Wellness – $1,199/month

Includes up to eight 45-minute sessions monthly for individuals, couples, or families. Also includes direct access to your therapist through secure chat and a quarterly personalized wellness plan.

All sessions are conducted securely through our HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Each membership includes a Good Faith Estimate in compliance with the No Surprises Act.

Session Rollover Policy

​

Unused sessions may roll over for up to fifteen (15) calendar days from the original billing cycle date. Any sessions not used within this fifteen-day period will automatically expire and cannot be credited, refunded, or transferred. All rollover sessions must be scheduled and completed by December 31 of the current calendar year. Any sessions remaining after that date will automatically expire without refund or credit.

Automatic Payment Authorization:

By enrolling in a subscription plan, the member authorizes Empowered Harmony Counseling to charge the payment method on file for the applicable monthly membership fee on a recurring basis. Billing will continue automatically until the membership is paused or canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy:

Members may pause or cancel their membership with at least thirty (30) days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through the client portal or by email to support@empoweredharmony.com. Requests submitted after a billing cycle has begun will take effect at the end of that current cycle.

​

Rate Adjustment Policy:

Empowered Harmony Counseling reserves the right to adjust membership rates with thirty (30) days’ advance notice. Any rate changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following notification.

​

Inactive Membership Policy:

Memberships inactive for more than sixty (60) consecutive days may be terminated. Clients wishing to return after termination must re-enroll at the current membership rate.

​

By enrolling in a subscription plan, the member acknowledges and agrees to this No Refund Policy in full.

​

Continuity of Care Policy:

If a provider becomes unavailable due to illness, leave, or other unforeseen circumstances, Empowered Harmony Counseling will make reasonable efforts to transfer care to another qualified clinician or reschedule sessions as soon as possible.

​

Not Insurance Disclaimer:

Membership services are not insurance and do not replace medical or behavioral health coverage. Members are encouraged to maintain separate health insurance for emergency or specialty care. Subscription membership fees apply only to the services specifically listed within each tier.

​

Data Security Responsibility​:

All telehealth sessions and communications are conducted through HIPAA-compliant, encrypted platforms. Members are responsible for maintaining privacy on their own devices, networks, and internet connections during use.

​

Force Majeure Clause​:

Empowered Harmony Counseling shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions in services caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, power or internet outages, system failures, natural disasters, or other unforeseen emergencies.

​

Dispute Resolution​:

Any disputes arising under this agreement shall first be resolved through mediation, and if necessary, binding arbitration in the State of Wyoming. Both parties waive the right to pursue civil litigation except to enforce an arbitration award.

​

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming.

​

Membership Acknowledgment​:

By completing payment and enrolling in a subscription plan, the member acknowledges that they have reviewed, understood, and agree to all membership terms and policies outlined above.
