Refund and Cancellation Policy

Empowered Harmony Counseling, Psychiatry & Wellness Center does not offer refunds for subscription purchases, unused time, missed appointments, late cancellations, or expired subscriptions. All sales are final. Patients are responsible for managing their subscriptions and attending scheduled services within the active subscription period.

A subscription late cancellation is defined as any cancellation made with less than 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds and may be treated as a missed session.
